Evening of Hope Fundraiser
I worked in the planning, execution, and day-of set of the agency’s largest fundraiser. Raising $200,000 amongst 500 guests, I was responsible for managing the catering, sound/AV, print company, step & repeat, entertainment, etc. I also created a new registration system to smoothly check guests in to the event and enhance their experience.
It was an amazing event to talk to individuals about the organization, as a lot may have been employees of companies we have historical sponsorships with, but weren’t too sure of the organization themselves.

Bears Community Event
As an organization, we hosted an event with two Chicago Bear’s players. I assisted in communication with their team, event day set up and break down, and post social media content.
Beyond this, it was an amazing community event and so sweet to see the kids all getting the chance to be excited (and likewise for the football players) to be with one another.
